Wire bending machine is used to bend the coiled wire into different forms such as five-pointed star, ring, triangle, quadrangle, polygon and other irregular forms. Single-headed wire bending machine is ideal for processing shorter parts with complex shapes. Double-headed wire bending machine is suited for medium-to-long length parts with numerous bends.
The wire bending machinery has three programs of straightening, bending and cutting. First the coiled rebar is fed into the machine, then the bars are straightened horizontally and vertically, after this process the bending program will bend the straightened bars into a certain shape.
