A wire bending machine is a forming tool, its purpose is to assemble a bend on a work piece. These machines are developed mainly for high flexibility and low setup times. The wire bending machine is usually fully automatic and it can be controlled during operation.

Wire bending machine are used in various applications especially the three dimension version, the main focus of a three dimensional version is that it offers various bending shapes. Some of the bending designs and styles are standard bending, edgewise bending, offset bending and U-bending. The process of wire bending is done by feeding long wire and the shapes are made according to a pre — set requirement.

Some common applications of wire bending machines are display racks, fan guards, kitchen baskets and home decoration. It is also used in various manufacturing industries such as manufacturing automotive parts, household appliances, indoor and outdoor furniture and wire — wound resistors.

Autolink Technology Co., Ltd is offering four model of wire bending machines to serve various industrial needs. In our machine, the wire takes directly from the coil, straighten it, bend it, and cut it by using built-in software to produce the outputs.
