Wire forming is the process of taking a blank wire from a spooled coil or blank length. Wire forming can also include flattening and forming of the wires roundness as well in order to allow for proper fit for the use of product being designed. These wire forms can be bent left or right, up or down, angled, coiled and cut. They can be linked together to form a chain or have other additional forms.
The wire forming machine uses the principle of uncoiling the raw material from the spool and running it through a series of wheels that are used to straighten the wire. Wire forming machine provides complete flexibility in programming and design.
